I’ve lost or broken my microphone. Where do I find a replacement?
Our support team is always there to help you out: support@xtrfy.com. In extremely rare cases from the very first batch, we’ve seen that the mic is not properly assembled, making it less durable. This is no longer an issue and if you’ve bought a headset from the first batch and encounter this, contact us and we’ll provide a new mic for you, free of charge.
